Strategy & Operations / Program Manager – EMEA Supply Acquisition

Global Hospitality & Experiences Platform

Location: London, hybrid
Contract: 12 months
Pay: £30.14 per hour PAYE

We’re recruiting a Strategy & Operations / Program Manager to support the EMEA Supply Acquisition team of a globally recognised hospitality and technology platform.

This role will help drive growth across an innovative Experiences business, working closely with acquisition teams and City Leads across London, Paris, Rome, and Milan. You’ll also partner with teams across Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Social, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

This is not a pure project management role. The client is looking for someone with a strong strategy and operations mindset — someone who can bring structure to ambiguous work, improve workflows, build scalable processes, and help teams operate more effectively across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic operations across EMEA Supply Acquisition.
  • Partner with City Leads across London, Paris, Rome, and Milan.
  • Turn loosely defined growth opportunities into clear workstreams, operating rhythms, and delivery plans.
  • Build scalable processes, trackers, workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activity across Acquisition, Brand Partnerships, Marketing, Social, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Identify blockers, risks, dependencies, and process gaps, then drive resolution.
  • Support partner acquisition, onboarding, launch readiness, and post-launch review.
  • Prepare concise updates, insights, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Use data, feedback, and operational insight to improve prioritization and execution.
  • Bring calm structure to fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
