Strategy & Organisation Design Consultant
£40,000 - £45,000 | Permanent | Fully Remote UK + Client Travel
Strategy / Organisation Design / Operating Models / Transformation / Consulting / Stakeholder Management / Excel / PowerPoint
Searchability is recruiting for a growing consulting and technology business that works with private and public sector organisations across strategy, organisational design and leadership. This is an opportunity for a Consultant with 2+ years' professional services or consulting experience who wants to move away from the layers of a larger consultancy and take greater ownership of client work.
You will work directly with senior leaders and partners, run your own workstreams and contribute to projects spanning strategy, organisation design, operating models and transformation. You will also gain exposure to an innovative AI platform being used to support real-world strategic decision-making.
The Role
You will:
- Run day-to-day workstreams across strategy, organisation design, leadership and transformation engagements.
- Structure complex and ambiguous business problems and turn research and analysis into clear recommendations.
- Assess organisational structures, operating models, processes and leadership arrangements.
- Help clients design improved organisational and operating structures.
- Translate strategy into practical and actionable implementation plans.
- Build client-ready reports, presentations and strategic storylines.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Use an AI-powered strategy platform as part of live consulting engagements.
- Provide feedback that helps shape how the technology develops and is used by consultants.
- Identify follow-on opportunities with existing clients.
- Contribute to proposals, new business conversations and the continued growth of the consulting practice.
- Help develop reusable consulting methodologies, tools and intellectual property.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
