Join Pax8 as a Strategy Project Manager and help shape what’s next. Based in Bristol, this is an opportunity to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across our EMEA organisation, turning strategic ideas into meaningful outcomes as we continue to evolve and scale our cloud marketplace.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and sees undefined spaces as an opportunity to create clarity, momentum, and results. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help translate strategic ambition into tangible action while influencing how our ways of working evolve as the business grows.
You'll also be joining Pax8 at an exciting point in our AI journey, as new tools and smarter processes are introduced to enhance how we operate. It's an opportunity to grow with the organisation, influence what comes next, and play a key role in delivering meaningful change across the business.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading complex, strategic projects from concept through to delivery across multiple teams and regions
- Translating business strategy into clear, executable plans with measurable outcomes
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive decision-making
- Creating clarity through structured governance, reporting, and risk management
- Driving continuous improvement in how we plan, deliver, and scale initiatives across Pax8

What you bring
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes in fast-paced environments
- Substantial ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse teams
- Proven strength in turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
- Considerable experience with programme governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach

Background checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
