Role Description

The Strategy Specialist – Licensing & Partnerships (Accessories) is a contract role responsible for supporting the development and execution of licensing and partnership strategies within the accessories category. This hybrid position is based in Warwick, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

  • Analyzing market data and performance metrics
  • Preparing reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Managing communication with existing and prospective partners
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Ensuring that licensing agreements align with brand, commercial, and customer service standards
  • Assisting in monitoring contract compliance
  • Tracking key milestones
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and finance

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial information, and performance metrics.
  • Experience or keen interest in licensing, partnerships, or commercial agreements in fashion, accessories, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and partner updates.
  • Customer service mindset, with a focus on building positive, professional relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Research skills for identifying new opportunities, benchmarking competitors, and understanding market trends.
  • Relevant academic background in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) and comfort working with data and dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in accessories, fashion, retail, or brand management is beneficial but not mandatory.
