Maybridge Associates

Maybridge Associates is currently supporting a high-growth boutique consultancy that is continuing to scale its Financial Services practice following a number of recent client wins.

The firm works closely with leading institutions across Wealth & Asset Management, Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance, delivering work that sits at the intersection of strategy, operating model design and large-scale transformation. Their focus is on bridging the gap between strategy and execution — ensuring change is not only well designed, but delivered effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of Target Operating Models across complex FS organisations
  • Contributing to enterprise-wide transformation programmes, from strategy through to execution
  • Working on value creation and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Supporting digital and data-led transformation within large, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Engaging directly with senior stakeholders and contributing to client delivery from an early stage

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
