About the Role
Maybridge Associates is currently supporting a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is continuing to invest in its Strategy & Transformation capability following a number of recent client wins and sustained growth across multiple sectors. They are now looking to make a number of hires at all levels of the business.
The firm works with leading organisations across Consumer, Retail, Energy, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Industrial sectors, helping clients tackle complex business challenges spanning strategy, operating model design, transformation and value creation.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing consulting environment where individuals are given significant responsibility from an early stage and are encouraged to play an active role in both client delivery and the growth of the business.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and organisational change initiatives.
- Working on large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through to execution.
- Contributing to cost optimisation, value creation and business improvement initiatives.
- Supporting digital, data and technology-enabled transformation programmes.
- Engaging directly with senior stakeholders across a broad range of industries.
- Helping clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges.
What they're looking for
- 3–8 years' experience within management consulting (Big 4, mid-tier or boutique).
- Experience delivering strategy, operating model, transformation or change programmes.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in client-facing environments.
- Individuals who enjoy working within a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
- Candidates looking for greater ownership, visibility and long-term progression opportunities.
