Strategy & Transformation Manager

Company: Systal Technology Solutions
Department: Value Creation
Reports to: Head of Value Creation

About Systal

We are Systal: a global managed network, cloud and security transformation specialist. We provide complex and strategic technology services for enterprise businesses, managing 200,000+ assets across 93 countries. These services help our customers achieve strategic technology transformation and maximize the business value, security and innovative potential of their IT infrastructure.

Role Overview

Systal is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join its growing Value Creation function and support the delivery of strategic initiatives tied to the company’s next phase of growth and investment maturity.

Reporting into the Head of Value Creation and working closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team, the role will help drive critical programmes across GTM transformation, AI product commercialisation, operational improvement and investor readiness.

The successful candidate will operate across multiple business priorities simultaneously - combining structured problem solving, strategic analysis and hands-on execution to help accelerate delivery against the company’s value creation agenda.

This role is designed for a high-potential individual with prior consulting experience who is looking for greater ownership, operational exposure and the opportunity to work directly on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a fast-growing global technology business.

Core Objectives

  • Support the delivery of Systal’s value creation agenda across strategic growth, operational transformation and investment readiness initiatives.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional workstreams in partnership with the Head of Value Creation, Chief of Staff and senior leadership teams.
  • Improve visibility, governance and execution tracking across key strategic programmes through structured reporting, KPI management and operational cadence.
  • Support commercial transformation initiatives across GTM, pipeline management, sales effectiveness and partnerships.
  • Contribute to the commercialisation and scaling of Systal’s AI proposition, including GTM support, product management and operational readiness.
  • Produce high-quality strategic analysis, executive materials and business insights to support leadership and investor decision-making.
  • Help embed scalable operating disciplines, accountability and execution focus across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
