Strategy & Value Creation Lead

A highly regarded international organisation is seeking a Strategy & Value Creation Lead to partner with senior leadership in identifying, evaluating and delivering initiatives that drive sustainable business performance.

Working closely with the CFO and executive team, you will play a key role in assessing strategic investments, transformation programmes, operational improvements and growth initiatives across the organisation. Your focus will be on determining where real value can be created, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and helping leadership make informed, evidence-based decisions.

This is a high-impact role for an individual who combines exceptional analytical capability with a practical understanding of how change is successfully delivered within complex organisations. Rather than developing strategy in isolation, you will challenge assumptions, validate business cases, assess performance improvement opportunities and ensure initiatives are capable of delivering meaningful commercial outcomes.

The Role

As Value Creation Lead, you will act as an independent and objective voice across a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives.

  • You will work with stakeholders throughout the business to evaluate opportunities, review investment cases and assess whether programmes are delivering against expectations.
  • Your ability to cut through complexity, interrogate data and provide commercially focused recommendations will be critical to success.

The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence some of the organisation's most important strategic decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
