£12.21 per hour rising to £13.88 | Full Time | Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for a Street Scene Operative to work with a local authority team in Kidderminster (DY10). This is a full-time, ongoing role with consistent hours and a pay increase after 12 weeks.
Pay & Hours
- £12.21 per hour (rising to £13.88 after 12 weeks)
- 37 hours per week
- Wednesday to Sunday
- 07:00 – 15:00 shifts
- Immediate start available
- Ongoing until at least June 2026

The Role
Working as part of the street scene team, duties will include:
- Litter picking and emptying bins
- Sweeping streets and public areas
- Graffiti removal
- Clearing fly tipping and debris
- Weed removal and general grounds maintenance
- Planting and environmental upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and able to commit to full-time hours
- Good work ethic and team player
- Previous grounds maintenance or street cleansing experience preferred

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- References required prior to start
