B-Better Dance Education Company

B-Better is a London-based dance education company, specialising in Street Styles primarily teaching in schools. We are expanding our dance education provision and are looking for skilled, vibrant dance teachers to join our team.

Professional performance credits are welcome but are not required. We are considerably more interested in your ability to teach, communicate, manage a group, and share the culture of your chosen dance style accurately.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

  • Be confident in at least 1 Hip Hop, Funk, or Club dance style (e.g., Hip Hop, Breaking, Locking, Lite Feet, Hustle, etc.). Dance styles that fall outside of this description, but are energetically similar to those listed, will be considered (e.g., Shaku Shaku, Pantsula, etc.).
  • Be based in the UK and have the right to work. London and surrounding counties are preferred.
  • Have at least 1 year's experience teaching under 18s.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
