We are delighted to announce a major new contract win with Welsh Water, supporting them over the next four years and beyond, delivering proactive and reactive maintenance of their Wastewater Network.
Working Hours & Location
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
- Salary: £27,000 - 28,500
- Location: Kinmel Bay and surrounding regional areas
- 21 days holiday + Bank holidays

Join our dynamic team as a Streetworks Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing streetworks activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency. Your electrical experience will be instrumental in understanding technical requirements and ensuring that all streetworks adhere to safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor streetworks projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
- Liaise with contractors, local authorities, utility companies, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
- Review technical plans and specifications, with a focus on electrical components involved in streetworks projects
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and project specifications
- Manage permits, documentation, and communication related to ongoing streetworks activities
- Address any issues or disruptions promptly by coordinating corrective actions and communicating updates effectively
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, safety incidents, and regulatory compliance

Experience/skills required:
- Strong Administration experience
- Good knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks (NRSWA) and Traffic Management Act (TMA).
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to Prioritise
- Good Time Management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
