Salary: £22 - £23 per hour basic DOE + uncapped bonus + exceptional company benefits
Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity, as a Technician at our busy workshop in Cardiff and take advantage of our exceptional uncapped bonus schemes.
As a Strip/Fit Technician, you’ll be responsible for dismantling and reassembling vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision and care. Working in our Cardiff workshop, you’ll restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.
We’re seeking an experienced Strip/Fit Technician who:
- Has proven experience in vehicle repair (Strip/Fit)
- Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (IMI/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
