Job Opportunity: Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team - Therapy Assistant
Do you enjoy helping others achieve their goals? We have an exciting opportunity to join our community Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team as a full-time band 3 Therapy Assistant, supporting and rehabilitating our stroke patients within the community.

About the Role
You can make a real difference to patients' lives and help them build a future following a stroke.
Your role will involve working alongside highly specialised Stroke Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech and Language Therapists in the community.
- You will work directly with the therapists to deliver rehabilitation as well as deliver therapy programmes independently to aid patients in their recovery.
- You can expect to receive a robust induction and competency training programme. This will be further developed through regular training and supervision sessions with senior members of the team.
- You will work closely with all members of our multidisciplinary team, including nursing and psychology, maximising patients' recovery and independence in their own environment.
