The Role
You will take ownership of design work across multiple projects, from refurbishments to new build developments, delivering high-quality structural solutions with minimal supervision. Your daily actions will involve detailed design, analysis, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The role offers an exciting chance to participate in diverse and challenging projects within the power, nuclear, and defence sectors, initially focusing on power and potentially progressing to more specialist areas.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- Proven civil and structural qualification with a structural bias
- Extensive experience with structural design software, including MasterSeries or similar 3D analysis tools
- Experience designing building structures for sectors such as commercial, industrial, defence, or nuclear facilities
- Familiarity with working on projects requiring SC security clearance or the ability to obtain it
- Right to work in the UK without requiring a work permit
