A leading engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join their growing structures team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across residential, commercial, education and mixed-use developments, while developing your design and project delivery skills within a supportive environment.
The successful Structural Engineer will play a key role in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, working closely with senior engineers and technicians to produce innovative and practical solutions.

We Are Looking For A Structural Engineer Who:
- Has 2-5 years' experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy;
- Has experience designing structures in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber;
- Is confident carrying out structural calculations and producing design solutions for building projects;
- Has experience using industry software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, Robot or similar;
- Understands UK design codes and structural engineering best practices;
- Is working towards Chartership with ICE or IStructE, or has ambitions to do so;
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively within project teams;
- Has the right to work in the UK.
As The Successful Intermediate Structural Engineer, You Will:

- Deliver structural designs for a range of building projects across multiple sectors;
- Prepare structural calculations, technical reports and design specifications;
- Liaise with architects, contractors and other design consultants throughout project delivery;
- Attend site visits and undertake inspections when required;
- Work closely with senior engineers to develop practical and cost-effective solutions;
- Support the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget;
- Continue developing your technical knowledge and progress towards professional Chartership.
