A well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to recruit a Structural Engineer to join its growing team in the Hertfordshire area. With a strong reputation across residential, commercial and regeneration projects, this consultancy offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of developments while receiving structured support towards professional and technical progression.
The successful Structural Engineer will become part of a close-knit and experienced team, delivering innovative structural solutions for both private and public sector clients across the UK.

- Has a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
- Has at least 3 years' experience working within a structural engineering consultancy;
- Possesses a strong understanding of UK design standards and Eurocodes;
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Is able to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a collaborative team;
- Is working towards, or interested in pursuing, Chartership with the ICE or IStructE.
As The Successful Structural Engineer, You Will:
- Undertake structural design and analysis for a range of building projects;
- Prepare calculations, technical reports and design sketches;
- Review and check drawings to ensure technical accuracy;
- Coordinate with clients, architects and external consultants;
- Manage your workload effectively and deliver projects to agreed deadlines;
- Contribute to technical development and continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Flexible working with core hours of 10am - 4pm
