Structural Engineer – Greater Manchester & UK Wide
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + benefits
Location: Greater Manchester & UK-wide opportunities
Working Pattern: Hybrid / Flexible

The Opportunity
As a Structural Engineer, you could be involved in:
- Structural analysis and design across a variety of project types.
- Designing structures in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and other materials.
- Developing structural concepts and practical, buildable solutions.
- Producing calculations, technical reports, specifications and drawings.
- Working with modern structural analysis and design software.
- Supporting projects from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
- Working closely with architects, contractors, clients and other engineering disciplines.
- Solving complex engineering challenges and developing innovative solutions.
- Contributing to sustainable and efficient design approaches.
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers as you develop your own leadership capability.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with Structural Engineers who have:
- A degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience within a structural engineering consultancy or similar environment.
- Experience in structural design and analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant UK design standards and Eurocodes.
- Experience with steel, concrete, timber or a combination of materials.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing your career.
Chartered or Incorporated status, or progression towards professional qualification, would be advantageous but is not essential.
