My client is a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy in South Wales, delivering high-quality design solutions across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to engage with talented Graduate (minimum 2 years’ experience) and Experienced Structural Engineers to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structural design solutions in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
- Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Work collaboratively with senior engineers, technicians, and external stakeholders
- Attend site visits, inspections, and client meetings
- Contribute to project delivery from concept through to completion

Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience for graduate-level applicants
- Strong understanding of UK design codes and standards
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or similar)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Progress toward chartership (IEng/CEng) desirable for all applicants
