MDRS are currently working with a market leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy in their search for a new Structural Engineering Team Leader to be based in Christchurch.

This is a brand new position that has been created to work closely with the Structural Manager and another Structural Team Leader who are both also based in Christchurch.

About The Role

This Structural Team Leader role will involve leading and mentoring a team of 6 structural engineers and 3 structural design technicians. The structural division is divided between the 2 team leaders and has a total of 12 engineers and 6 design technicians, all based in Christchurch.

Key Criteria

  • CPEng registered Structural Engineer (Ideally).
  • Experience of working across a range of residential and commercial buildings projects as a structural engineer in New Zealand.
  • NZ based experience, local market knowledge.

Our client is a leading, NZ owned design consultancy (150 staff) with offices based throughout the North and South islands. They offer multi-disciplinary engineering expertise across Structural, Civil, and Geotechnical Engineering areas.
