Park Recruit are working with a leading data centre delivery partner to recruit an experienced Structural Project Manager for a major project in Blyth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale data centre projects, with strong opportunities for career development and progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all structural activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project costs, budgets, labour, schedules, and overall performance.
  • Establish effective structural processes, reporting, and project documentation.
  • Work closely with clients, design teams, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, and programme.
  • Drive strong health & safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Lead, manage, and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and performance.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant construction or engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar Structural Lead / PM position.
  • Previous experience delivering CSA elements within a contracting environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach.
