Park Recruit are working with a leading data centre delivery partner to recruit an experienced Structural Project Manager for a major project in Blyth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale data centre projects, with strong opportunities for career development and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all structural activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project costs, budgets, labour, schedules, and overall performance.
- Establish effective structural processes, reporting, and project documentation.
- Work closely with clients, design teams, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, and programme.
- Drive strong health & safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Lead, manage, and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and performance.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Key Requirements
- Degree in a relevant construction or engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar Structural Lead / PM position.
- Previous experience delivering CSA elements within a contracting environment is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach.
