Structural Revit Technician

Could you be interested to join a small design consultancy in Sevenoaks who have a high proportion of Chartered Engineers and a very diverse range of buildings projects?
Are you a dynamic structural revit technician with at least 2 years of buildings project experience, keen to develop and grow? Keen to work in a firm where in all opinions really count?
You would be working within a talented team and learning from highly qualified and personable mentors. The firm has just under 15 staff currently and is looking for a mid level structural revit technician to join the team. You will be working under a Senior Revit Technician and the BIM Manager. It is essential that you will have proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Autocad, whilst Navisworks and Autodesk Forma (ACC) are also useful.

Work includes large datacentres, hospitals, commercial buildings, industrial schemes, leisure buildings and residential sector work, including international schemes. The variety and scope of projects is huge and you will be given autonomy in a varied role with appropriate supervision.
The office is based in Sevenoaks Town Centre which has excellent transport link and is a lovely location to work.
Only candidates with no current or future visa requirements and who live within sensible commuting distance of Sevenoaks will be considered. Excellent communication skills are essential.
On offer will be hybrid working, 25 days holiday with option to buy extra or sell, healthcare plan, socials, pension, life assurance, regular CPD, Chartership training and fees paid. Car driver essential so you can attend site visits. The role will include 2 days in the office on a hotdesking basis in the longer term, and initially with more days in during the probation period.
