Shoreditch | Structural Engineering Practice | Hybrid Working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Revit Technician to join a highly regarded structural engineering practice based in Shoreditch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong Revit Technician looking to develop their career within a design-led consultancy, working on a genuinely interesting portfolio of complex refurbishment, cut-and-carve, commercial and residential projects across London and beyond.
The Role
As an Intermediate Revit Technician, you’ll work closely with structural engineers and the wider design team to produce high-quality BIM and Revit deliverables across a variety of technically challenging projects.
You’ll be involved in projects where existing structures, complex geometries and sensitive refurbishment constraints require a considered and highly coordinated approach to structural design and detailing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Producing detailed structural models and drawings using Revit
- Working across complex cut-and-carve and refurbishment projects
- Supporting the delivery of commercial and residential schemes
- Coordinating models and drawings with structural engineers, architects and other consultants
- Developing BIM information and ensuring drawings meet project and company standards
- Contributing to projects from early design through to detailed design and construction
- Working within a collaborative team environment alongside experienced engineers and technicians

About You
We’re looking for someone with solid Revit experience within a structural engineering environment, ideally with experience working on refurbishment, alteration or complex existing-building projects.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Previous experience within a structural engineering consultancy
- Experience producing structural drawings and models
- An understanding of construction and structural detailing
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
- The ability to work collaboratively while managing your own workload
- A genuine interest in developing your technical and BIM capabilities
