About the firm
This international law firm is seeking a 1-5 PQE Structured and Project Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading team, in the firm's London office. You will support the delivery of some of the UK’s largest and most innovative energy and infrastructure projects.
About the role
You will be part of a highly regarded Projects Group advising on the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets across the UK and internationally.
Working closely with colleagues across the firm’s international network, you will advise banks, sponsors, developers, funds and financial institutions on a broad range of project finance, acquisition finance and refinancing matters.

Skills and experience
You will have between 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in structured and projects finance transactions. Experience within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors would be ideal but not a pre-requisite.
