Salary: £39,959 – £48,117 per annum

Main Duties
- Work as a member of the team, providing 1-1 and group interventions to service users with complex emotional and relational needs
- Work with a small caseload of people within the SCM programme, with relatively stable but complex presentations
- Have the opportunity to offer structured and evidence-based care
- Access to SCM training, regular group and individual clinical supervision
- Support of a skilled and friendly team
Essential Criteria
- Professional clinical qualification and current registration with professional body
- Demonstrable experience of working with people with personality disorder and suicidal ideation
- Proven experience of completing mental health assessments, risk assessments and risk management plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with service users 1-1 and in group settings
- Evidence of ability to manage a complex caseload without direct supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively with other agencies in the best interests of the service user
- Ability to manage own emotions in the face of others' distress

- Previous experience of/training in working to a model of Structured Clinical Management
