Role
Ringway is seeking a Structures Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of bridge, culvert and structural maintenance schemes across the Kent network. Working on a high-profile contract, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering projects ranging from minor maintenance works through to major structures schemes worth over £2 million.
Responsibilities
As Structures Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the structures team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations. You will oversee operational delivery, manage stakeholder relationships and provide leadership across a growing portfolio of work. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the Structures Team across maintenance and improvement schemes.
- Managing Project Managers and Supervisors delivering bridge and structures projects.
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Overseeing commercial, financial and programme performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and engineering standards.
- Supporting the planning, development and delivery of future schemes.
- Managing projects from conception through to completion and handover.
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience within highways, civil engineering or structures environments and can demonstrate strong leadership capability. You'll ideally have:

- Experience delivering structures, bridges, culverts or highways infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Knowledge of commercial management and project controls.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance.
- A Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related background.
- A full UK driving licence.
Temporary Works experience and Chartered status would be advantageous but are not essential. We are open to candidates looking to take the next step in their career, provided they can demonstrate the right attitude, leadership qualities and technical knowledge.
