The Role

We're looking for an experienced STS Equipment Manager to take ownership of the readiness, reliability, and compliance of our global STS equipment fleet. In this critical role, you'll lead the strategy and delivery of maintenance, testing, renewal, and inventory management activities, ensuring equipment is always operational, compliant, and ready to support safe and efficient transfer operations worldwide.

If you're passionate about operational excellence, asset management, and driving continuous improvement on a global scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimise global STS assets, inventory and stock levels.
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement effective controls.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, testing, certification and compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor equipment usage limits.
  • Ensure LNG systems are maintained with critical spares available.
  • Manage budgets for spares, freight, replenishment and disposal.
  • Support asset renewal planning and CAPEX investments.
  • Maintain accurate ERP records, certifications and asset documentation.
  • Lead equipment standards, change control and OEM compliance.
  • Manage global base partner relationships and service performance.
  • Ensure partners follow current processes, procedures and safety standards.
  • Oversee base audits and drive timely closure of actions.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in equipment management, asset maintenance, or a similar technical role, ideally within the marine, offshore, or energy sectors.
  • Experience supporting STS operations or a comparable maritime, offshore, or operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ principles, equipment compliance, and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of equipment management best practices, relevant legislation, industry standards, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a structured approach to governance, record keeping, and compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • A collaborative approach and proven ability to work effectively with operational, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to remain focused and make sound decisions when managing competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a drive to identify improvements and enhance operational performance.
  • Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teamwork and company values.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
