STS Operations Co-Ordinator

Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

Ready to take the lead in coordinating complex global marine operations? As an STS Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Ship-to-Ship projects worldwide, ensuring every operation is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry regulations.

Working at the heart of a fast-paced international team, you'll coordinate logistics, manage critical operational activities, champion HSEQ standards, and support commercial success, all while delivering exceptional service to customers across the globe.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic operational environment and wants to make a tangible impact on high-profile marine projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of STS operations in line with HSEQ, company, and industry standards.
  • Maintain operational readiness and service quality across all STS activities.
  • Coordinate operational, logistical, personnel, and asset requirements for global STS operations.
  • Manage contractors and support vessels to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Support profitability through effective cost control and budget management.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, and ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers, delivering a high standard of service.
  • Manage enquiries, quotations, and operational requests in line with company policies, sanctions requirements, and credit control processes.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP and operational systems.
  • Provide regular operational updates and reports to support business performance and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience of STS operations or similar offshore, marine, or logistics environments.
  • Good understanding of HSEQ requirements and operational compliance.
  • Commercial awareness, including costing, quotations, and cost control.
  • Strong coordination, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on governance and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Accountable, resilient, and collaborative approach.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
