Legal Transcript Editor
Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
We’re looking for sharp, detail-driven graduate to join a specialist team producing high-quality legal transcripts using advanced speech-to-text technology. You’ll work on real hearings, inquiries, tribunals and high-profile cases, all from home, while receiving full training and ongoing development.
If you love language, accuracy, and working with complex written material, this role is an exceptional entry point into the legal-tech world.
What You’ll Do
- Edit and refine transcripts generated by speech-to-text software
- Attend virtual hearings to learn legal flow and terminology
- Produce transcripts for court evidence, judgments, witness statements, calls and inquiries
- Work independently and within a team to meet strict deadlines
- Build speed and accuracy (target: 99.5%)
- Receive regular coaching and feedback
- Use bespoke editing software and contribute to workflow improvements

What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written English (grammar, punctuation, proofreading)
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident researching terminology
- Typing speed of 50 wpm (from audio)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Self-motivated, organised, enthusiastic
- Open to learning new systems
