About The Role

University of Staffordshire is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive community where every student can thrive. We're looking for three fixed-term, part-time ResLife Assistants to help deliver a positive residential experience for students living in our brand new, state-of-the-art Student Village.

In this varied role, you'll support students with day-to-day queries, help organise events and activities, assist with residence administration, respond to incidents and concerns, and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and respectful living environment.

We Are Recruiting To The Following Shifts

  • 1x 30.5 hours per week
  • 1x 24 hours per week
  • 1x 19.5 hours per week

Please note that these posts require evening and weekend working.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Has strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Can provide supportive, practical guidance to students.
  • Is organised, adaptable and able to work collaboratively.
  • Is confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
