About The Role

In this varied role, you'll support students with day-to-day queries, help organise events and activities, assist with residence administration, respond to incidents and concerns, and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and respectful living environment.
Please note that this post could include a range of shift times, particularly during key periods such as student arrivals, Welcome Week, major events and periods of increased student support. Working times will be arranged via a planned rota and may vary from week to week.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Has strong communication and customer service skills.
- Can provide supportive, practical guidance to students.
- Is organised, adaptable and able to work collaboratively.
- Is confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
