Job Description:
Carisbrooke Stud have a vacancy for a full-time Stud Hand to fit in with a small team in a high-quality breeding operation.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience of caring for foaling mares, mares with foals at foot, weanlings, yearlings, and sales work but all applicants who can demonstrate good horse handling skills, general yard duties, operating farm machinery, and a strong work ethic will be considered.
Being able to drive a 2 stall horsebox would be desirable but not essential.
