About UniUpp
UniUpp is one of the UK’s fastest-growing student recruitment organisations. We support domestic learners in accessing student finance–funded university degrees, regardless of prior qualifications, academic history, or employment background.
Our mission is to widen participation in higher education for underrepresented communities. Through strong partnerships with leading UK universities, we simplify the admissions journey and create accessible pathways into higher education and long-term career success.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and target-driven Remote Student Advisor to join our UK advisory team.
This is a remote, phone-based advisory sales role working with warm and hot leads only—individuals who have already expressed interest in going to university. Your role is to assess eligibility, build trust, and guide suitable applicants from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in telesales, call centres, customer service, recruitment, or education advisory roles who are comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
