Company Description
Charterwells is an established chartered accountancy firm with many years of experience helping small business owners, landlords and private clients stay on top of the boring-but-important: tax, HMRC, deadlines and cashflow.
Through our Campus Founders programme we back student entrepreneurs, helping them understand how business actually works so they don't get a nasty surprise from the taxman.
The Role
As a Campus Founders Ambassador you're the face of Charterwells on your campus. Your job is simple: genuinely help fellow student founders get to grips with the business essentials, and connect the ones who'd benefit with expert support from our team. You introduce and open doors, you're not expected to give accounting advice or do the technical work.

What You'll Do
- Represent Charterwells across your university's founder and enterprise community, societies, course networks, enterprise labs and events.
- Have friendly, no-jargon conversations with student entrepreneurs about the basics of running a business.
- Run a short awareness checklist we give you to spot where a founder has gaps.
- Book qualified introduction calls between promising founders and the Charterwells team.
- Introduce other businesses in your network who could benefit, friends' ventures, local businesses, and family-run companies.
Who We're Looking For
- A well-connected, reliable student who's active on campus — ideally running your own side-hustle or from a family that runs a business.
- Personable, professional and trustworthy, you'll be carrying our brand.
- Genuinely motivated by the experience, the commission and the CV, not just the title.
