The Role
We are looking for friendly, energetic and reliable Student Check-In Runners to support student arrivals across various accommodation sites in Loughborough.
You will be part of a busy check-in team helping students move into their accommodation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing a friendly welcome.
Duties
- Assisting students with their luggage and belongings on arrival
- Moving luggage between vehicles, reception areas and student accommodation
- Helping students and parents/guardians with general queries
- Supporting the wider check-in team during busy arrival periods
- Keeping communal areas clear and tidy
- Providing a friendly and helpful service to students
- Working across different student accommodation sites in Loughborough as required

About You
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with students and the public
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for the majority of the day
- Happy to lift and carry luggage
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexible and available for ad-hoc shifts when required
- Previous customer service, hospitality, events or similar experience is beneficial
