Are you passionate about helping young people succeed and thrive in their education?
Join Lancaster & Morecambe College as a Student Engagement Adviser – Resources and play a key role in supporting student retention, achievement, and progression. Based in The Hex Student Centre, you will provide outstanding customer service, offer information and guidance to students, parents, and visitors, support access to learning resources, help deliver engaging events and activities, and work closely with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.
If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine commitment to helping learners overcome barriers to success, we’d love to hear from you.
