ASU London
Student Enrolment Advisor

Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)
Reports to: Head of Domestic Recruitment & Widening Participation

About Us

ASU London is an independent, UK-accredited provider of higher education focused on delivering world-class opportunities to students who are seeking a practical, future-ready education, drawing on curriculum from one of the world’s top universities, Arizona State University.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in supporting the recruitment and enrolment of both UK-based international students and home students to ASU London.

Working closely with the Head of Domestic Recruitment & Widening Participation and the Student Recruitment Officer, the postholder will be responsible for meeting conversion and enrolment targets across both audiences while delivering an exceptional student experience.

The role acts as the primary conversion contact for prospective students from enquiry stage through to enrolment.

The role is responsible for consultative, high-touch engagement across phone, email, live chat, and 1:1 CRM-based communications, supporting prospective students through decision-making and progression to enrolment.

All live chat, inbound enquiries, and 1:1 applicant communication are owned and managed by the Student Enrolment Adviser. This excludes marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and outbound promotional communications, which sit within Marketing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
