Overview

Our client, an established further education provider, is seeking a Student Experience Apprentice to support student engagement, enrichment, and participation across the organisation.

The role will help coordinate student leadership and enrichment activities, support the effective use of student common areas, and connect the work of curriculum, pastoral, safeguarding, and campus support teams.

The successful candidate will complete a Business Administration apprenticeship while gaining practical experience in student services, administration, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage student participation in leadership projects and enrichment activities.
  • Support the development and effective use of student common rooms.
  • Engage with students and provide appropriate day-to-day support.
  • Help connect the work of curriculum, pastoral, safeguarding, and campus support teams.
  • Record enrichment activities and related information accurately on the organisation’s database.
  • Support attendance monitoring when deputising for the Student Experience team.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve student engagement and enrichment.
  • Build positive relationships with students and the wider college community.
  • Complete the required learning and assessment for the Business Administration apprenticeship.
