Estates and Facilities – Service Delivery and Compliance
About the Role
Reporting to the Residential Operational Service Manager team, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations in halls and ensuring an exceptional, student-focused experience. This includes responding to enquiries, resolving service issues, assisting with welfare concerns, and contributing to a supportive living environment through events and engagement initiatives.
You’ll work closely with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams and other University departments to help deliver a safe, welcoming and inclusive residential community. From handling service requests and maintenance queries to helping run welcome events and community activities, your role will be varied, people-focused, and critical to the success of our students’ residential journey.

Grade 5 from £29,827 to £34,558 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £35,510 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.
