We are looking for a Student Experience Officer to join our team.
You will be a key part of making our centres flagship locations by providing all students, candidates, visitors, and colleagues with an outstanding experience.
As the Student Experience Officer, you will:
- Be the face of Kaplan creating a consistently positive and professional first impression.
- Ensure that all computer-based exams are administered flawlessly and in accordance with all regulations.
- Complete all administrative tasks efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to a seamless and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Student Experience Officer, Exam Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Student Services Advisor, Office Administrator, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
We would like you to have worked within a customer-focused environment previously and be able to demonstrate you possess the following qualities:
- Proactive and personable with a desire to make a difference.
- Service-driven and focused on providing an excellent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly face-to-face communication.
- Good IT skills and computer literacy.
- Organised with a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in solving challenges at short notice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Experience of working in an examination or computer-based testing environment is desirable.
- Experience of health and safety requirements in a similar establishment is desirable.

This role involves working with learners who are under 18 years old and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Recruitment checks are undertaken in accordance with our background checking policy. Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure (including children’s barred list) via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to confirm their suitability to work with children and young people. In addition to the DBS check, for roles that include teaching or coaching, a Prohibition from Teaching Check will be completed through the Teaching Regulation Agency.
