Student Experience Officer

Full Time | Permanent | 35 Hours per Week

Salary: £29,785.56 per annum

Location: Croydon & Coulsdon Campuses

Croydon College Group is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Experience Officer to play a key role in enhancing student life across our campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver engaging sports, enrichment and participation activities that help students build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy an outstanding college experience.

About the Role

You will:

  • Lead and deliver extra-curricular sports and enrichment activities.
  • Support the Duke of Edinburgh Award programme.
  • Organise student events that promote wellbeing, inclusion and diversity.
  • Build partnerships with external organisations to enhance our enrichment offer.
  • Encourage student participation in volunteering and college-wide activities.
  • Monitor participation and evaluate the impact of activities and events.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people.
  • Can confidently deliver activities, workshops and events.
  • Understands the benefits of sport and enrichment activities.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Holds Level 2 English and Maths (Sports Coaching qualification desirable).
