Overall Purpose of the Job
To coordinate the delivery of Student Finance and supervise the work of team members in the delivery of the collaborative Student Finance Team, student payments and student funding activities. To support colleagues to embed locally and University-wide a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do, with To support senior colleagues in the delivery of Student Finance activities. Administer a new process for issuing official letters to returning students confirming their tuition fee.
