About the Role
- Support the delivery of an efficient and student focused finance service for both current and prospective students
- Act as a key point of contact for student finance enquiries, providing information and guidance on a range of funding options
- Help students access bursaries, scholarships, loans and other financial assistance schemes available to support their studies
- Build positive working relationships with students, colleagues and external organisations to ensure a high-quality service
- Contribute to the smooth administration of student finance activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Support enrolment activities, open days and other events throughout the academic year
- Work within a varied role that combines customer service, administration and financial processing responsibilities
- Play an important part in helping students make informed decisions about funding their education
About You
- Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience
- Have experience working in a busy administrative, finance or customer focused environment
- Possess strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
- Be confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
- Be comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service and supporting a positive student experience
