Role Description

This is a full-time remote Student role at Express Turbo Delivery. The student will support daily operational tasks such as tracking deliveries, updating order statuses, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

  • Assisting with customer communication
  • Documenting process improvements
  • Preparing reports related to delivery performance and client feedback
  • Learning about logistics workflows
  • Helping streamline data entry and documentation
  • Supporting special projects that enhance service quality and efficiency

The student will collaborate with supervisors and team members in a remote environment while developing practical experience in courier and logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to client or internal inquiries.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including use of spreadsheets, online tracking tools, and common office software.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry, documentation, and order status updates.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while following instructions and established processes.
  • Interest in logistics, e-commerce, or business operations; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program; relevant fields such as Business, Logistics, or IT are an advantage.
