Role Description

The Student UK role is a full-time remote position supporting Express Turbo Delivery’s international growth and operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with customer communication
  • Tracking and documenting shipments
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery updates
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Helping resolve basic service inquiries
  • Supporting administrative and logistical tasks related to the UK market

The Student UK team member will collaborate virtually with colleagues, follow established procedures, and contribute to a smooth, reliable customer experience while learning about global logistics and business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, including clear written and spoken English.
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Comfort with digital tools and remote work platforms (email, spreadsheets, online collaboration tools).
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Interest in logistics, e-commerce, or business operations; prior related experience or coursework is a plus.
  • Currently studying or recently completed studies, with flexibility to work full-time hours.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
