Student Inclusion Advisor
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire (Term Time Only)

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential?
Aegis Support Services is looking for a Student Inclusion Advisor to work within an education setting, supporting students to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
As a Student Inclusion Advisor, you'll build strong relationships with students, staff and external partners, helping to remove barriers to learning while promoting wellbeing, engagement and personal development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students from diverse backgrounds to overcome challenges and succeed.
- Building positive relationships with students, teaching staff and external agencies.
- Promoting inclusion, equality and student wellbeing.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
- Helping students build confidence, resilience and life skills.
- Contributing to a safe, supportive and empowering educational environment.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, professional and empathetic approach.
- Experience working with young people or within education, safeguarding, youth work, mentoring or support services (desirable).
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional boundaries.
- Passion for making a genuine difference in students' lives.

What We Offer
- 📍 Location: Luton (supporting our local community)
- 📅 Contract: Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)
- 🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
- 💷 Salary:
- £22,610 per annum (38-week, term-time salary)
- Equivalent full-time salary: £30,940 per annum (52 weeks)
