Pay: £14.50 per hour

We're looking for a Student Learning & Inclusion Assistant to join a welcoming educational setting in Redruth, supporting children and young people who require additional help throughout their learning.
There are full-time and part-time positions available, with an immediate start for suitable candidates.

You'll work directly with pupils, helping to remove some of the barriers that can prevent them from engaging fully with education.

We're interested in candidates with experience supporting children, young people, or individuals with additional needs.
That experience could have been gained within a school, but it could equally come from care, support work, youth services, mentoring, coaching, or community settings.

Above all, you'll need to see the individual before the additional need.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one, will be required.
