Student Lettings, Maintenance & Property Operations Manager
Lincoln | Circa £35,000 + Benefits
Student accommodation is about far more than bricks and mortar. It is about creating a positive experience for hundreds of students during some of the most important years of their lives.
We're working with a well-established private property business in Lincoln that manages a portfolio of around 350 student beds across a mixture of HMOs and larger flat developments. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced property professional to become the central point of contact for lettings, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property operations.
About the Role
This is a varied and highly visible role where no two days are the same. One morning you could be arranging viewings and securing tenancy agreements, the next coordinating maintenance works, supporting students with queries, or ensuring key compliance records are up-to-date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
