Student & Parent Experience Coordinator – Brainology

📍 Birmingham – Ark Victoria Academy, Small Heath & Broadway Academy, Aston
🗓 Saturdays | 10:00am–2:30pm
💷 £60 per Saturday
💼 Part-time | On-site

Brainology is looking for an experienced, confident and highly organised Student & Parent Experience Coordinator to take ownership of front-of-house and student administration at our Birmingham centres.

This is not a basic receptionist role. You will be responsible for the parent and student experience from arrival through to collection, while ensuring all student information and centre administration is accurate and properly managed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the main front-of-house contact for parents and students
  • Deliver an excellent, professional and welcoming parent experience
  • Manage the trial student journey end-to-end
  • Speak confidently with parents and handle questions or concerns
  • Proactively call parents when expected students have not attended
  • Manage daily registers and attendance accurately
  • Manage Teach ’n Go, keeping all student information complete and up to date
  • Coordinate closely with the Senior Site Manager and teaching team
  • Ensure new students are correctly registered and allocated
  • Manage arrivals, collections and student movements efficiently
  • Follow up outstanding information and administrative actions
  • Identify problems and take ownership of resolving them

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Confident and professional when speaking with parents
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable making outbound parent calls
  • Strong IT and system-management skills
  • Proactive, accountable and able to work independently
  • Experience in education, schools, tuition, childcare or another parent-facing environment is highly desirable

We are looking for someone who understands that front of house sets the standard for the entire Brainology experience. You should be confident, polished, organised and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs doing.

Pay: £60 per Saturday (10:00am–2:30pm).
