Location: Manchester (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £37,000+)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

BHE Uni is a leading UK student recruitment organisation, partnering with over 60 universities and higher education providers across the UK. We help prospective students make informed decisions about their education by providing expert advice and support throughout the admissions process.

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to join our Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is driven by achieving targets while making a real difference to students' futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise prospective UK (home) students on university courses and career pathways.
  • Contact enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Assess applicants' eligibility and recommend suitable university options.
  • Guide students through the entire admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Follow up applications to maximise enrolment conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Represent BHE Uni at recruitment events, open days and exhibitions when required.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or student recruitment is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the UK higher education sector is advantageous.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, BHE Uni is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
