Student Recruitment Advisor – Manchester

📍 Manchester City Centre | Office-Based
💼 Full-Time, Permanent
💷 £24,000–£28,000 per year, depending on experience
💰 Performance Bonus | OTE £40,000+

BHE Uni is growing, and we are looking for a confident, motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Advisor to join our Manchester team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working towards clear targets. You will play an important role in supporting prospective students from their first enquiry through to application and enrolment.

The Role

As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will manage prospective student enquiries and provide professional, friendly and accurate guidance throughout the recruitment journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with prospective students by phone, email, messaging platforms and face-to-face
  • Understanding students’ circumstances and helping them identify suitable study options
  • Providing information on courses, entry requirements and the application process
  • Supporting students with applications and progressing them towards enrolment
  • Proactively following up enquiries, leads and incomplete applications
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students
  • Managing your recruitment pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Working towards individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
  • Liaising with admissions and other internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey
  • Supporting open days, recruitment events and other promotional activities when required
  • Ensuring students receive accurate information and a high standard of service throughout the process

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, personable and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
  • Motivated by targets and achieving results
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Proactive and comfortable following up leads
  • Organised and able to manage multiple students and applications at different stages
  • Professional, reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Previous experience in student recruitment, higher education, admissions, education consultancy, sales or another target-driven customer-facing role would be highly advantageous.
